Mitchell County Hospital Dietary department is headed
by Sylvia Sanford who has been with the hospital district since October
2004.The dietary department provides food for hospital patients and
Valley Fair Lodge residents and meals are available for employees and
the public for $5.50 each. Ms. Sanford states that you will receive a
well balanced meal and friendly atmosphere if you want to stay in the
lunchroom to dine. Carryout meals are also available. Salads are also
available for dining in or carry out.
