Risk Manager ~ Teri Moses, RN
Risk Management for the hospital district involves identification, analysis, assessment, control and minimization or elimination of risks to an organization. To assist in minimizing the potential risk, every employee must participate in constantly improving the quality of services provided. It is crucial that any potential risks are reported immediately to the appropriate personnel. Once risk is identified, analysis and assessment can begin. After all of the facts are gathered, Administration can begin working towards a resolution. As Robbie says, "do the right thing for the patient, every time"!
