2009 MCH PIONEERS Top Money Raising Team For Third Year In a Row! |

This year the team was the PIONEERS. We raised nearly $6,000 in bake sales, drawings and many other fund raisers. This year there were new and welcomed faces added to the team. The Lab department had three people from it's department this year which is a pretty good feat in such a small district. |
| This year's theme is to pick a decade and we are the Pioneers because we picked the decade of the 1830's. Members on the 2009 Pioneers team are Cliff Shiller, Lulu Boyd, Velma Garcia, Al Mendoza, Christine Morris, Shirley Grimes, Jesse & Amanda Gonzalez, Terry Gainey, Alice Lopez, Lindsay Paris, Barbara Clements, Margie King and Abigail. Honorary members are Sue Mason, Iris Boyd and Karl Stinson. We have set our goal for $6,000 and hopefully we will be able to raise even more than that. |

Hospital employees have participated in Relay For Life for many years. Cliff Shiller,
Velma Garcia, Al Mendoza and Lulu Boyd have been members of the hospital
team since the team first organized years ago. Every year Relay for life
has a theme and contests throughout the night.
