Human Resources Manager
Mitchell County Hospital is seeking a full time HR manager. The HR Manager will be responsible for evaluating employee programs, recommending improvements to employee relations policies and making sure that all employee-related policies in each department align with our goals. This position supervises all personnel functions including recruiting, employment, orientation, evaluations, discipline, and terminations.

Job Qualifications:

Education: High school graduate or equivalent, Associate or higher degree in business, management, or a related job field preferred
Leadership and management abilities
Minimum of three years of supervisory or Human Resources experience
Basic computer skills
Effective written and oral communication skills
Demonstrates a philosophy of caring and compassion for patients, and fellow employees
Commitment to continued self-improvement, honesty, integrity, and character, which reflects an atmosphere of professionalism in providing quality work
